Black Pepper Beef feat Oyster Sauce

This recipe came from my father, when he just came from seminar in Orchardz Hotel. I did not know how he could cheat this recipe from restaurant from that hotel. This is his favorite food; he cooks by himself when he wants to eat this food. My father said that the taste was not really similar from restaurant there, because he modified it base on his appetite. I love this food actually, and I also modified that recipe from my father base on my taste. The different was oyster sauce; my father does give oyster sauce when he cooks this food, but I give oyster sauce to add Asian taste to this food. Check this out Guys!

Materials:
1. 250 gram beef, sliced thinly
2. 2 cloves garlic, minced
3. 1 union, cut into thin
4. 1 leek, cut into thin
5. ½ large red bell pepper, cut (1 cm x 2 cm)
6. 50 g peas
7. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
8. 1½ tsp black pepper powder (or black pepper grains, roasted and roughly crushed)
9. 3 tbsp oyster sauce
10. ½ tbsp sesame oil
11. Salt to taste
12. Water enough

Steps:

Heat the oil, put onion, garlic, and leek until fragrant, then put slices of meat, stir and pour a little water, cook until the water is low & cooked meat. Then enter sesame oil, black pepper, salt and oyster sauce, mix well. Enter peppers and peas, stir until mix well with meat and spices for 5 minutes. Lift. Serve warm.
