Brownies Vi

Wow, I very love brownie! Brownie came from American. The first known recipe for brownies was published in the 1897 Sears, Roebuck Catalog. The origin of the Brownie is thought to be American. It is classified as a bar cookie and is thought to derive its name from the brown color of the cookie. Folklore has its origin coming from a careless cook that forgot to put baking powder in the chocolate cake batter recipe. Since this time there are almost as many brownie recipes as there are cooks.

Look at my simple recipe of my brownie!
Ingredients
·         6 squares unsweetened chocolate
·         3/4 cup unsalted butter
·         200 grams sugar
·         5 eggs
·         1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
·         1 teaspoon TBM
·         1 teaspoon vanillin
·         1 teaspoon mocha cream
·         200 grams wheat flavor
·         1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
·         1 sachet mini Kraft cheese

Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt chocolate and butter together in microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, or on stove top in heavy saucepan on very low heat. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir sugar into chocolate until well blended. Mix in eggs, vanilla, TBM, and vanillin until stiff, add wheat flavor, butter and mocha, stir well. Add batter into baking pan, add cheese then bake 30 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool in pan. Cut into squares.
